Its meeting assistant captures calls on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and Lark, and recordings and PDF, Word and Markdown files can be uploaded directly. Reviewed findings go to Jira, Linear, Notion and Slack.

E-03 · Developer tooling · MongoDB workspace

MongoQUI

A MongoDB workspace for engineering teams: query, analyze and share, with access controlled by role.

MongoQUI is a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, with a web app, for teams that run MongoDB in production. Engineers write queries in a full editor or describe them in plain English, build aggregation pipelines visually, analyze schemas, and turn queries into password-protected, shareable reports. Queries run on the user’s machine by default, with cloud sync for team collaboration.

mongoqui.com

Engineering, data and platform teams running MongoDB in production that need shared access to clusters without sharing credentials.

Runs on

  • macOS, Windows and Linux
  • Web
  • Replica sets and sharded clusters
  • TLS and DNS seedlist connections

Enterprise use cases

  • A standard MongoDB tool across an engineering organization

  • AI query generation that reads the schema first; nothing runs until you press Run
  • Report builder with password-protected, expiring share links
  • Shared connections, organization and team roles, and MongoDB RBAC management
  • Two-factor sign-in, encrypted local credentials and an organization audit log
  • Local-first: queries stay on the machine unless cloud sync is switched on

Published plans stay published. Enterprise terms are quoted.

08Enterprise sales

Tell us what you need. We’ll come back with a plan.

Only four things are required. Everything else helps us prepare, and you can skip it.

  1. 01A written reply. From someone who can scope it, with the questions we need answered.
  2. 02A short call. Commercial and engineering in the same conversation.
  3. 03A written proposal. Licensing, services and terms, with the assumptions stated.

Questions

What procurement asks first.

Each product is developed and maintained by its own product team. NS360 handles the enterprise engagement around it: commercial terms, implementation, integration and ongoing engineering, and works directly with the product team on anything that needs the vendor.

For a small team on a standard plan, signing up on the product’s own site is usually simplest. Talk to us when you need volume, contract terms, procurement support or implementation.

Enterprise terms depend on scale, contract length and scope. We put competitive terms in writing for your situation rather than advertising blanket discounts.

It depends on the product. We confirm what each one supports during scoping, then design the environment and the integrations around it.

We coordinate security questionnaires, data-processing agreements and architecture reviews with the product team. Certifications and audit status are only ever stated as the product team documents them.

Support is agreed for each engagement. A common arrangement is NS360 as your first line for the implementation and integrations, with escalation to the product team for the platform itself.

Where the product supports it, through configuration, APIs, webhooks and integrations. Beyond that, we build the custom workflows and services around the platform.

Yes. That is the point of buying through an engineering company: licensing, implementation and any custom engineering can sit in one engagement, under one contract.

Product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the products available through NS360.
